I've gotten some reasnable room upgrades there. I've never gotten lounge access as the lounge is part of the Waldorf Towers. IMHO they've gotten stingy with the breakfast coupons. Last time I was there they would at first only give me coupons for two adults, leaving none for my two kids. After asking nicely they did give me the extra coupons but they didn't seem too happy about it. My impression of the place is that they've gotten stingy about things over the last year or two. Combine that with higher occupancy due to the Plaza essentially closing down and I'm sure they don't feel they have to be as generous as they once were.

I'll be in NYC on an award stay this weekend. I'm saving 5k points/night and trying the Millenium Hilton. The subway stops right out front so it's not as inconvenient as you might otherwise think.
