Have to agree .... Accor Plus ( its about 200$ plus ) and min Plat membership ( 20 free nights will Accor Plus - so getting Plat should not be difficult ) makes the best "value" when in APAC but even then there are a good few hits and umm . sad offers. Still have had to ask for two drinks vouchers in properties that should know better. Europe - other options are aavalible. However, status does seem to help in some areas of problem solving, especialy with a team member from Accor Plus. Much better than the normal customer service. I do miss "Amy"
