EVA Air actually does not even offer any type of substantial snack in business class from Taipei to West Coast because those flights are quite short and EVA Air thinks that business class passengers chose sleep and don't need more substantial snack. The usual snack bar is well stocked but if you want something more substantial, instant noodle is possibly the only choice. However a substantial snack menu including stir fry noodles and Hamburger is available on flights Taipei to Chicago/Houston/New York/Toronto. From West Coast back to Taiwan, there is alas a more substantial snack menu in business class and I presume a sandwich is offered in premium economy and economy too. Flight time is a bit longer now since Russian airspace is closed.
