We checked out on the 21st. Paid with Amex and it was run through Norttholme. A bit annoying since Amex is having a 250 credit on Waldorf properties but I don’t think Northlake will count.
Also, I read about some people paying for airfare with points. We didn’t bother but in retrospect I wish I had looked into it because paying vat and a 10% service charge was annoying on 1400 airfare.

I was asking because I also wanted to use the 250 offer going on right now to prepay for airfare. That offer combined with the aspire resort credit would have been a good option so it’s unfortunate to hear the issue hasn’t been resolved.
I hadn’t considered paying for flights with points - will have to look into it!
