Did you by any chance pay with amex at checkout? I've seen many others post that amex was being routed through Mango House or Northholme...I'm wondering if that's been resolved since the last post on this a few weeks back?
We checked out on the 21st. Paid with Amex and it was run through Norttholme. A bit annoying since Amex is having a 250 credit on Waldorf properties but I don’t think Northlake will count.
Also, I read about some people paying for airfare with points. We didn’t bother but in retrospect I wish I had looked into it because paying vat and a 10% service charge was annoying on 1400 airfare.
