You know -- if you really think about the reasoning behind this -- it's really very simple -- they want you all to see that you aren't so very special -- so don't expect an upgrade or anything because they are so many more important people than you staying with us tonight...

To me -- this is, by far, the worst thought out program in the history of hospitality....
