Drives me crazy! They use this sort of improper footage all the time. In this case I think they used shots of three different airports to represent "Nice".

Suspect that the shot of CX at Nice was actually at HKG as it appears the contestants will be going to China (rumour is Shanghai) as part of this race. Suspect the shot of the two QF jets was likely at an Australian airport (they are also rumoured to be going to Australia).

The graphic of the LH flight going "non-stop" from NCE-CAI also got to me, especially as the shot prior to the graphic was some of the racers boarding a LH flight clearly labled on the monitor as going to Frankfurt!

Actual take off and landing shots rarely have any real connection to likely reality either with aircraft type and/or airline and/or airport.

Would think that anyone beyond the posters on FT would pick up even a tiny portion of the continuity issues vis a vis airlines and travel.
