American Express issues Business cards to individuals, not to companies. If you received a targeted invitation -and- if the invitation does not disqualify previous cardholders, you can apply using the same business information, Some people have opened several Business Platinum cards, and may have no business at all. Thank you for your help. I skimmed through this thread and the other one you suggested in your reply. But I didn't see others covering the question I posed. I might have missed them... in that case I am sorry. After going through hundreds of posts, my aging eyes are hurting now.
All the posts ( almost) talk about applying for Amex Cards (Biz Plat, Biz Gold, Blue Biz...) multiple times. OK, I get that. But the pop-up I received stated that the application is for the 2nd business I may own. Not applying for another Biz Plat for the same business I have on top of one-and-the-only Biz Plat card I have for the business. I just want to make sure you were not confused.
And I wonder if anyone else out there has received the same offer as mine. Anyone???
