LHR - PDX July 21, 2024

Usually, I don't have the vegetarian option, but as a previous poster stated their partner really enjoyed the aubergine, I thought I would give it a try. It was very good and the wine complemented it well. One of the better meals I have had on BA.
Alas, the light refreshment was the Monty's Bakehouse

Mrs Skyline had the GFML; it always seems to be fish or chicken; ex-LHR looked more appetizing than PDX catering. I tried some of the fish with the parmigiana which worked well. The light snack was the 'Gujarati Mixed Kathol wrap' - very 'beany' and stodgy. Tea was great though!
