When you reach the arrivals area land side proceed upstairs and take the train to T3. TSA is usually pretty quick and you should have time to visit the Flagship Lounge in the H-K gate area. You may have up to a 15 minute walk from there to your departure gate, probably an L gate. There is an Admirals' Club at the start of the L gates if you want to be closer but the food and beverage options are limited.
