I am flying in J on AF ORD CDG later this year. Am trying to get bulkhead seat assignment (now) on new 350.

Am FB Gold. I could status match to ITA Club Volare Executive which would give me Sky Team Elite Plus status.

Would that level of Sky Team Status cascade down to opening up bulkhead seats?

I suspect not, but I figured it was worth asking.
