I don't think most airlines would tell you the exact timing of the meals on the flights on their website. There used to be codes attached to the schedules that indicate the meals so you can tell on the GDS. I don't know if they still exist or are accurate.

I have done BR TPAC from the west coast in Y a few times recently. It seems their strategy is 2 more substantial meals in Y with no snack (other than the stuff (cookies, rice crackers, etc.) in the galley you can get yourself). I personally think it is not enough - especially LAX-TPE which can be 14+ hours in the winter. UA SFO-TPE for example, serves 2 smaller less impressive meals + a more substantial snack between (e.g. small sandwich) both ways. As much subpar as I think UA's meals are, the schedule seems to make more sense to me.
I think Midwest and east coast flights are different but I have not been on one for a long time.
