That makes sense. I usually try to book at least a category or two above entry level when making a reservation through Virtuoso, but on this trip I only did that with one of the three. The upgrades I received through LHW were confirmed a couple of weeks *before* arrival, which was nice. They also offer all of the same perks as Virtuoso, aside from the $100 F&B credit.
