a few months ago, I had an interesting chat with a manager at La Mamounia. He told me they don’t prioritize Virtuoso as most of the guests book entry level rooms with a low spending pattern and expecting a special treatment.
Of course there are many exceptions with high value guests booking with Virtuoso agents, but then again the special treatment will depend more of your rate, spending, room category or repeat stays than Virtuoso
