Who is responsible for reimbursement?
AMS-ATL-PIT KLM ticket (074) on Saturday (7/20). On time arrival into ATL around 8:30p Saturday evening and connection to PIT had already been cancelled. Rebooked multiple times with 5 successive cancellations for ATL-PIT. Finally decided to pack it in yesterday and drive home.
Who is responsible for reimbursement ... Delta or KLM? I don't want to submit to Delta to just have them say, oh this is a KLM ticket and we are not responsible. Not sure that it matters but it is a bulk fare purchased through cruise line's agency.
