my close friend is DM for many years and i can think of sitting on F seat sold as J, proactively rebooking you on Irrops (useful durIng typhoon) and much more frequent op-ups. But being a DM alone wont get you op-ups on non oversold flight barring birthday upgrade.

apart from these what have i missed? i dont think off op-ups to be "benefits" just luck. sitting F seat sold as J is route specific. Irrep handling is neat but a seasoned traveller can often sort himself out.

but i get same slippers, water bottle, first choice of meals, first boarding and F checkin and ISM greeting which is majority of normal flight experince and i didnt feel DM get any different to OWE for normal circumstances
