Of course, unsurprisingly based on this nonsense, asking them to review the decision has led to no response back.
Did you explain the late check-out scenario to them? There are other cases e.g. wrt international date line that they 'can' resolve. Not automatic (which is understandable) but the this 'can' post correctly.
