Supper is missing soup and salad courses, and has only one dessert choice (of fruit and cake) compared to cheese, cake, ice cream, and/or fruit with dinner. That said, I flew BR16 earlier this year expecting supper and the menu indicated supper, but got the full dinner service instead.
Either way, to answer your second question, I found the supper on the outbound BR11 to be more than sufficient in terms of quantity and quality, having not eaten at the lounge beforehand.
