Hello all. I am having trouble accessing my On Business account. I have lost access to the original e-mail address that I used to set up the account. I did not bother to resolve the situation whilst the OB web site was down, but recently have tried to do so. I contacted the GGL team who did not respond directly, but on two occasions I have been sent "Password reset" e mails to an alternative e-mail address I supplied. On both occasions the link has not worked, giving a message along the lines of 'This link has expired or is invalid'. Has anyone else had this situation and/or managed to resolve it?
