No, my situation was abnormal in that I booked a room for tonight accidentally from the wrong account and desperately called the hotel to cancel so I could rebook. The front desk was helpful but the FNA didn't return. I've gotten lazy and have been just cancelling the reservations with no issues, but this one got me.
