Under previous management and way prior to covid, PR I believe was aiming for newer subfleets of the A321s. But that refleeting got paused when they only had a handful of the nicer types already received. There's that one type which has lie-flats and was regularly flying to Australia/ NZ. The short range neos with the nice recliner seats with seatback TV seems to only go to TYO. It appears that half of this combined fleet of neos are parked. Then the older models with the old-style recliners with no PTVs that fly to everywhere else. Only 1 out of 22 is parked, You are right, I believe GUM is not a priority for the two subfleets with the nice business seats.
