I'd say mixed- the consensus was that both were good and worth doing. It makes sense to me why there are all sorts of opinions about which is better. Borderless is freeform, with more of a feeling of serendipity and discovery. Planets is linear but more "multisensory" - touch/feel is an important part of that experience which was mostly absent from Borderless.
