Check the month of May. Almost every night is 120K points. I would guess that is what a base room costs in points. It comes up as a standard room, a bahia room with a king or 2 queen beds. Note that all the award bookings you see in February state they are for permium awards. When I looked at the room type, I see ocean view rooms.
