Thanks for the responses. The bag in question holds my expensive specialized CPAP machine. The bag is 14" high, 13" wide and 9" deep (35cm x 33cm x 23cm). I fly on Alaska Airlines Embraear 175's a lot but in first class where overhead bins above the A seats are very small but those on the C&D seats hold my machine just fine. I can't have this bag manhandled by having to check it at the gate so I'm hoping the overhead bins in economy on this VIE-PRG Austrian flight are large enough to hold it. I have no status with OS so probably will not be among the first to board.
