you have to be UA GS (4 million miler) to get lounge access for domestic-only itinerary (and no +1 guest). UA gold (1mm) and above do get UC club access for int'l including a +1 guest on same flight (like any other *G)
and even this GS-domestic-access was new (Jan 2021) and can be changed at any time. GS access to Polaris (int/l or domestic) w/o a int'l J ticket? pipedream:
Polaris lounge access for global service and 1ks as a status benefit?
(Delta is worse, status plus int'l flight in economy is not enough for lounge access, must be PE or J)
