A 2MM flyer is a minimum of UA Platinum and therefore will get lounge access on all international *A itineraries. (In fact, that starts at 1MM, because UA Gold and UA Platinum have the same benefits). Access to the club for domestic itineraries is not included -- and nobody gets access to the Polaris lounge unless flying long-haul business or first class.
