Outbound breakfast (no choice) was overnight oats with blueberries and shredded coconut served alongside a fruit cup, croissant, cinnamon biscotto, and an oatmeal raisin “breakfast cookie.”
Lunch on the return was a choice of a cold turkey sandwich with compound butter and cheese or vacuum-packed cheese tray. Both served with a side salad and dressing, grapes, and “Pie in the Sky” cookie.
