It means that you are travelling in Economy. You are never shown the live seat map for a cabin other than the one in which you are travelling.
I don't see a Manage My booking option. My existing flight comes up and I can buy a meal or change my seat or my contacts or add baggage, but not an option to Manage my Booking or Upgrade my flight. The tix were bought thru a travel agent as part of a tour, maybe that has something to do with it?
