From the recent travels:

Four points by Sheraton Havelock Singapore: Granted, no problem. We ended up not needing it, so told the hotel a night before departure about not needing it.
Courtyard Osaka Honmanchi: FD offered, we didn't need it
JW Marriot, Aerocity Delhi: Had a 7 PM flight, so requested 5 PM, happily granted
Four Points, Del-Gurgaon highway: Checked in early (8:30 am) on a 2 night stay, late check-out offered, not required. They even offered breakfast while the room was getting ready
Le Meridien Kochi: Our departure flight was 9 PM si requested late check-out, 5 PM granted and the FD told if was OK if we needed to stay longer (We ended up visiting site parts of the the city that was on the other side of the airport and it made no sense for us to get back to LM so checked out early)
ITC Gardenia Bangalore: Offered by FD, not needed
