Yes and no. Chase's recording keeping on the 24 month exclusion is not exact to the day. It seems like it's relative to the month. Possibly it's related to batch processing done late in the month. I'd say you're safe applying in March 2025 and likely to be rejected for the bonus anytime before late February.
