Of the nine lounges at LHR T5, a short haul business class ticket allows you to use three: Galleries Club north, south, and T5B. If your inbound ticket is business class – the post is not entirely clear – you also have access rights to Galleries Arrivals.
I would gently suggest that the 5B lounge is not liable to be worth the extra faff unless perhaps north and south are rammed.
