Neil, You are right. Arrivals lounge is still the preserve of J/F pax or BA Gold only.

The OP asked about the lounge so we have posted based on the assumption he/she will gain access on the above qualifications.

I am BA Gold but always travelling with someone so never get to go in unless been on a J/F ticket with my travel companion, partner or relative.
