The CEO at Delta is not a good manager. He lost focus on customers and the operation and instead seems to like the limelight. I talked to a Delta FA who said he is not very gracious on flights and will only thank pilots. Sounds like he was not happy either when he was not picked to be transporation secretary under Biden. I think Delta needs a new CEO that respects all employees, not just pilots, and will put customers first. Sad to see Delta perform so poorly under his "leadership."
