This x1000. I was coming from a meeting a couple months ago and showed up at T-17 to find a closed door. When the newbie GA came off the jetbridge, he told me he didn't close the door early,
laughed in my face, and wanted to charge me a fare difference to change to the next flight. Virginia Ave leadership has instilled hubris into a mostly useless crop of new hire employees that only know SNAPP and how to color by numbers.
