Delta is saying they aren't booking passengers on other carriers because "other airlines are affected as well."

Other carriers definitely have more flight options on routes that Delta usually has similar or more options. Are other carriers just taking longer to cancel flights? Or have other airlines mostly recovered and Delta is just oblivious to that fact?
