I assume the OP mixes up Embraer 195 with Embraer 145. The 145 has a 1-2 seating and very small overhead bins on the port side of the aircraft (1 seat side).
Airlines that have proper 1-2 F seats and not Eurobusiness in the E190 will have smaller bins above the single A seats. The bins are the same size above Economy where it goes 2-2
