I spoke to an agent yesterday and a different one today both basically said the same thing, a Globalist or any other guest is NOT guaranteed a parking space, nor does a hotel have to have spots for them.If there are limited spaces then its 1st come 1st served. A hotel does NOT have to refund a person if thei lot is full and they park in a paid lot elsewhere
That said a hotel can if it wants to refund the guest for the parking elsewhere but isnt Obligated to. Just as there are some hotels that will comp a Globalist parking even of a Rev Stay eg Andaz SAV
Of course, this is common sense.
