In the past year I have been on a 737 (700 series?) flight in the western US that had no seat back IFE. On several flights I’ve had the tiny IFE screens (mostly non functional) with the credit card slot. Those were considered a big deal when introduced way back when.
Delta retired the 700 series fleet back in Sep 2020. Small screens were the 800 series. They are scheduled to get interior upgrades --
