N51, Solberg Airport, is actually just about the same latitude as the middle portion of Staten Island and the southern end of Rockaway Beach!

I don't know if there's a formal dividing line between "Northern New Jersey" and the rest of the state, but geographically, N51 Solberg Airport is lined up with New York, not with Trenton, let alone Cape May.
