I was recently staying at a Marriott property from July 18 to 20 (2 nights). When I arrived for check-in on the evening of the 18th, I was told that their system was down (found later later it was CrowdStrike related) and was given a "back-up" key by the hotel. I spent the night not "checked in" until they fixed the issue on the 19th.
On my folio, my arrival date showed as July 19 with a departure date of July 20 (they had to manually post the night for the 18th as they couldn't do night audit as the system was down). The following day I checked my Marriott account and saw that only 1 night has posted.
yeah, having a problem as well. I will give it a few days and call. I need an accurate folio for my expense report!
