Have switched over to CX for most flights (originating in BKK - works out at about 50% cheaper than NZ in business). The many cancellations have played a big part in this.

Oh my wife just received a little 'bonus' - traveling with a child she received a text from Air NZ to say their flight from SIN-AKL would be delayed by 8 hours for a 04:00 departure. Turned out to be a 'mistake'.
