i guess yea but a typical RTW fare will suggest that you can make many stopovers (and required to make a minimum of X stopovers) and that it's a mileage-based fare so you don't have to follow a specific routing and can only cross each ocean once. For this fare, you can do EH/EH, AP/AP, AP/EH, or EH/AP so you don't have to visit all 3 continents and may cross the same ocean twice.
