I hit 1 MM in 2021 and my wife actually told the flight attendant on an OO flight and I got a napkin with wings and a hand written message along with a blown up glove. He was actually kind of excited to do that. ON the next flight i got a 757 trading card from the pilot.

I flew home from BOS recently and they actually made an announcement prior to departing and gave the guy a certificate and he took a picture with the lead flight attendant.
