It's better to think of Porter as 2 separate airlines:
Dash-8 Porter through YTZ and
Embraer Porter through YYZ.
IFAIK there are no flight connections between the two. That should change when they start operations at YHU.
Now, if they could only get pre-clearance at YTZ and start flying into LGA...
