Yes, I think it's insane that we have to jump through those hoops, or that they even have surveys set up in such a way that it's possible to be kicked out at the very end. But so long as I can receive my points with a simple email I continue doing the surveys, as the mileage and gift card rewards are worth the effort to me.[/QUOTE]
Thanks - I agree and so far they seem to be giving me the points when I contact them. They responded to the first of the two I mentioned from the last couple of days and gave me 3.8 points since I had received the .20 credit already. I always mention in my initial request that if the survey expired they shouldn't have sent it to me and wasted my time and if I was disqualified because of some random demographic question at the end - those questions should have been at the beginning before I answered all their questions. That normally stops them from sending the regular "we didn't bother to really read your request" response :-) On a side note. Two years ago my wife and I both received 1099s from e-rewards because we got so many gift cards plus I redeemed for airline and hotel rewards almost every month. Last year we didn't get enough between us to be over the limit for 1099 purposes.
