Definitely agree with LapLap - take the bus from NRT to HND. To get to the lounge you will have to go through exit immigration, and then find a way to re-enter Japan if that is even possible... In addition, I don't recall there being storage facilities in the lounge -- but I could be wrong. There is a very good chance that most of the airside lockers in the airport will already be in use by the time you get there (they go fast) -- but there may be some in Shinagawa station to use.

I see so many people in Tokyo using wheeled carry-on's during their shopping trip -- easy to get around with and Tokyo is very elevator / escalator friendly.
