Personally speaking, as you are flying with ANA J and arriving later in the day, a time when many of the luggage lockers are already used/occupied, I’d go straight to HND from NRT (with 4 bags I’d take the Limousine Bus) and check all the bags in. No more hassle and getting around Tokyo becomes way easier and a lot less sweaty.
