They do not issue return boarding pass for a long while now if your immediate turnaround doesn’t meet the MCT policy (which is 1.5 hours at most outports). Usually mobile boarding pass will do and if one really wants the physical boarding pass you can ask the ISM to send a message to ground staff at turnaround destination and no doubt upon you land your boarding card will be ready for pick up as you exit the plane.
