In may, me and my gf had an award , main cabin, from mex to cun at 10 am but we arrived airport very early so i went to the skypriority desk in mex T2 and asked if there was place in flights at 8.00 am, i told him i am skymiles DM and have same day change benefit, they changed the flight
and at the gate, both were upgraded business class
so, in my case , my gf (no status. subscribed to skymiles only few weeks before the flights) received the benefit and was upgraded to premier
BUT she didn't get skypriority in the BP , neither possibility to choose emergency exit , which also for me DM , it's not possibile because the stupid APP says i can choose it free being DM, but then it reverts to the old one. so every time i have to contact AM in chat, and they assign to me
