No, award tickets do not count towards lifetime miles.

However the PQP earned (1% of RDML used for the award) do count toward annual Premier qualification, as do the flight segments.

In fact, I recently redeemed 40K miles on a 3-segment trip for that very purpose, to put me within striking distance of Premier Gold.
